Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request the deletion of all personal data associated with your Goxi account. To do so, simply send an email from the address linked to your account to privacy@goxi.ai asking us to delete your data.

We will verify your identity, remove your data, and confirm completion within 30 days.

We will permanently erase all personal data tied to your account, including your profile, uploaded content, workspace settings, usage history, connected platform data, and device information.

The only exception is a small set of records we are legally required to keep, such as billing transactions for tax compliance. These records are retained solely to meet our legal obligations and are never used for any other purpose.
